The price is for 2 people per night

 

1st January to 30th April                   175 euros

1st May to 31th May                          195 euros

1st June to 15th July                          240 euros

16th July to 31st July                         340 euros

1st August to 31st August                   420 euros

1st September to 15th September         340 euros

16th September to 31st October           310 euros

1st November to 15th November          220 euros

16th November to 31st December         190 euros

  • Casa 28 has capacity for 8 persons

  • The basic price includes accommodation for 2 persons.

  • Each additional person aged 12 or over is charged €30/night.

  • For each additional person between 4 and 11 years old, 20 euros/night is charged.

  • Minimum rental is 5 nights.

Cancellation

  • Up to 60 days before arrival we refund 75% of payment

 

  • Up to 45 days before arrival we refund 50% of payment

​

  • Up to 30 days before arrival we refund 30% of payment

 

  • Up to 15 days before arrival we refund 10% of payment

Payment

 

On booking, 50% of the total amount will have to be paid by bank transfer

3 days before arrival the rest of the amount will have to be paid by bank transfer

We do not accept payment in cash.
