Casa 28 is furnished and has all the usual household fittings such as bed linen, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, tea towels and tablecloths.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. It contains all the necessary elements for cooking and 8 sets of plates, glasses and cutlery.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and, on request, an extra fridge and freezer.

There is a Smart-TV with Meo-box, wifi internet and a speaker with Bluetooth connection.

The detergent for the dishwasher is included in the quantity needed for a twice daily use. Accessories and detergent for hand washing dishes are also included.

A hairdryer is available and bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are included.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• Casa 28 is available in its entirety. Only two areas are closed to guests, the garage and the general laundry room. There is also a clothesline area for general laundry use. However the house has a laundry room and a clothesline for guest use.

• Smoking is prohibited inside.

• The space is handed over at the start in a normal working and clean condition and must be returned in identical condition on departure. Occupants are not expected to wash bed linen or clean and vacuum the flat, but are expected to take the necessary care in the use of the space and leave the house in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness before leaving.

• Domestic rubbish should be deposited in the public bin located on the main street.

​​

• Casa 28 is located above the beach and, therefore, it is normal that, when using the space, between going in and out several times, sand will be taken to the interior.

 

• To alleviate this situation, we ask you to use the foot-wash next to the porch.

​​

• If, during the day, you go out and nobody is left at home, we advise you to lock the doors. There are keys to the main door and to the kitchen door.

​​

• There are two showers and a foot-wash in the street. Soap is not allowed in the foot-wash, but the outside showers can be used as normal. However, we ask you not to take sand into the showers as it can cause clogging of the plumbing.

• Casa 28's decorative objects should be left in their original place.

​​

• On request, we can provide a cleaning service during your stay. Price to be agreed.

​​

• This is a holiday location where quietness is a quality factor. Respect for the neighbourhood, as far as noise is concerned, is a fundamental principle.

​​

• No other use than temporary accommodation is allowed.

​​

• There is an informal book where you can leave the testimony of your experience.
